Home Canning is a one day course about processing for low acid foods. Home processors and those selling under the Wyoming Food Freedom Act will be most interested it since it covers canning, preserving and pickling. It’s well rated! It’s also good background for our FDA course. Each training is only $20. Financial support comes from USDA’s Agricultural Marketing Service through the Wyoming Department of Agriculture’s Specialty Crops program.
