Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs). GAPs are best practices of on-farm production and harvesting of fruits and vegetables to minimize risks of microbial food safety hazards. The one-day course will provide a foundation of GAPs, Food Safety Modernization Act Produce Safety Rule requirements, and details on how to develop a farm food safety plan.
